Good Introductory text to LISP

I bought this book interested in AI applications; I already knew LISP when I read it, and find it one of the best books for introduction to LISP.

Finally after ANSI common and Practical Common I found Good BeGINNER LISP BOOK!

I have been through Gentle Introduction by Touretsky, ANSI Common by Graham, and Practical Common LISP ....

Good introduction to Lisp

This is a very nice introduction to Common Lisp.

Still the best intro to LISP and one of the best for AI

Whether your interest is learning a LISP dialect or just a general interest in artificial intelligence, you can start with this book.

For a limited audience.

Review for 2cd edition: I would recommend this book only to people who haven't seen Lisp at all and are fairly new to programming in general.

Old but still very good

Winston and Horn's "Lisp" is an old chestnut.
